Un jeune touriste japonais amnésique, parti en voyage aux États-Unis, se retrouve enfermé au milieu d'un entrepôt dans le désert. Dans cet entrepôt lugubre, une jeune femme masquée prénommée "Phantom" tente de le tuer. Le jeune homme, alors appelé Zwei par son ennemie, arrive à déjouer les plans du Phantom grâce à sa volonté de survivre...
Phantom est dirigée par une organisation mafieuse "Inferno".
